Discover Kinesiology

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a powerful holistic therapeutic modality, merging western anatomy and physiology with Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The basis of Kinesiology is the Triangle of Health. Each side represents the key aspects of our being: Physical & Structural | Bio-Chemical & Nutritional | Mental & Emotional. Each side of the triangle is equally important and if one side of the triangle is out of balance or under stress, it impacts the other two sides.

Kinesiology uses ‘muscle testing’ to access insights into all areas of an individual's health. These insights are then used to restore harmony, aligning body, mind and spirit for an optimal life experience. Kinesiologists enable the body to regain its natural healing rhythm, empowering clients to thrive.

How is The Nidana Collective Kinesiology Academy different from other colleges?

Passion and commitment to Kinesiology is at the heart of what we do.

Our classes are small - we limit class numbers to 10 students per location so we can focus on each student’s needs.

We offer online and face-to-face classes in three locations in Australia - Sydney, Byron Hinterland and Brisbane – supporting students to move between them if/when required.

We offer a bespoke experience for students across various learning styles, and our teachers are among the most experienced Kinesiologists in the industry.

We include bonus workshops that embrace a changing and evolving world, ie. Working with clients online.

Our qualifications are internationally recognised.

The level of support provided by our teachers is second to none, We love supporting our students in their studies and personal growth, and have a lot of fun along the way.

All reference materials and resources are in electronic format, on both Apple and Android. The Kinesiology+ app is accessible for life, including ongoing updates.

We share a body of practical resources based on 40+ years of clinical practice to set graduates up to build successful businesses of their own.

Mandatory face-to-face learning and 50 student clinic hours ensure you qualify as a competent, confident Kinesiologist who is ready to see your own clients and run your own successful business.

A ‘learn & earn’ model for students enrolled in Diploma makes changing careers easier and more affordable.

A Mentoring Program for graduates along with other optional courses to expand the ongoing learning and development of graduates who want to specialise in specific areas.

The sky really is the limit when you are your own boss and have the flexibility to set your fee structure and your working hours.

How do I know if a career in Kinesiology is right for me?

Here are some questions to ask yourself:

1. Are you someone people turn to for advice?

2. Do you trust in the power of the body to support and heal itself?

3. Do you actively value your own and others' wellbeing?

4. Do you energise yourself by moving?

5. Do you believe in the mind-body connection?

6. Are you drawn to helping others?

7. Do you feel you could make a difference to others – if only you knew how to make a living from it?

8. Are you naturally drawn to books, podcasts and posts about mindset, attitude alignment, health and self-empowerment?

9. Do you wish you could do for others what your Kinesiologist – or other health-related therapist – has done for you?

10. Do you feel you are lacking purpose, and has purpose become more important to you?

If you have answered yes to many of the above questions, becoming a Kinesiologist could be a great fit for you!
