ABOUT US

The Nidana Collective was founded in 2021 by two of Australasia's most experienced Kinesiologists and teachers. They have succeeded in building a thriving Kinesiology Academy that trains practitioners to bring about profound positive change for clients.

When Sarah Gilmour-Mayne and Terese Mudgway first met 25 years ago – on the first day of their own Kinesiology journeys – they were yet to discover they'd be joining forces to teach Kinesiology to students the way they'd love to have been taught. Now? As well as running their own successful practices, Sarah and Terese derive great joy and satisfaction from mentoring small-group classes of students in Brisbane, Sydney and the Byron Hinterland to become exceptional Kinesiologists.

"With our combined passion for all things Kinesiology, having happy and healthy lives with good wine, good people, good food and good times, it's amazing it took us so long to come together to create The Nidana Collective," says Terese. "The vision was to create an college that honours the foundations of Kinesiology, whilst embracing the wisdom, experience and success of our careers to evolve Kinesiology into the future."

Sarah and Terese believe in the professionalism of Kinesiology and Kinesiology as profession. "Integrity, generosity and a wealth of experience are the cornerstones of our business," says Sarah. "We're all about empowering individuals through education, while fostering wellness, balance and self-awareness."

With the help of fellow Kinesiologist Chrissy Holland, who teaches the student cohort in the Sydney face-to-face classes, Sarah and Terese teach the PKP Kinesiology curriculum online and in person as students journey from Self-Care course through to Certificate & Diploma level. Beyond graduation, students stay connected and supported via The Nidana Collective's popular Mentoring Program, a once a month meet-up for professional development and guidance.
